Other Events

On February 13, 2025, Allurion Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it is relaunching the Allurion Balloon in France after the Agence Nationale de Sécurité du Médicament (“ANSM”), the French regulatory authority, cleared the Company to resume sales, effective immediately. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
