Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On March 24, 2021, American Well Corporation issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2020. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
