Item 5.02

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 13, 2025, Aon plc (the “Company”) announced that Michael Neller will transition from his role as Chief Accounting Officer and Global Controller of the Company into a new role as Deputy Global Chief People Officer, Total Rewards and Talent Development of the Company. The Company is planning to conduct a search process to identify a new Chief Accounting Officer and Global Controller. Mr. Neller will continue to serve as the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer and Global Controller until a successor is appointed.
