On March 23, 2021, At Home Group Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference, announcing the Company’s financial results for the fourteen weeks and fiscal year ended January 30, 2021.
