Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On March 25, 2021, BIO-key International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for its fourth quarter and the fiscal year 2020. A copy of the press release issued by the Company on March 25, 2021 is attached as Exhibit 99.
