Other Events.

On October 25, 2023, BioVie Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the presentation of blinded data from the Company’s Phase 3 clinical trial of NE3107 in the treatment of mild to moderate Alzheimer’s Disease (AD) at the 16^thClinical Trials on Alzheimer’s Disease (CTAD) in Boston, MA.

The Company is filing a copy of the press release, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
