On November 29, 2023, BioVie Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release and posted on its website at https://bioviepharma.com/ an investor presentation disclosing top line data from its clinical trial of NE3107 in the treatment of mild to moderate Alzheimer’s Disease. Copies of the press release and the presentation are filed herewith as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, and are incorporated by reference herein.
