Other Events.

On December 2, 2024, Blackstone Inc. (“Blackstone”) issued a press release announcing the intention of Blackstone Reg Finance Co. L.L.C. (the “Issuer”), an indirect subsidiary of Blackstone, to offer senior notes guaranteed by Blackstone, Blackstone Holdings I L.P., Blackstone Holdings AI L.P., Blackstone Holdings II L.P., Blackstone Holdings III L.P. and Blackstone Holdings IV L.P in an underwritten public offering pursuant to an automatically effective shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 2, 2024.
