Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 14, 2026, CBIZ, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Mr. Chris Spurio will no longer serve as President, Financial Services effective January 31, 2026. It is anticipated that Mr. Spurio will serve as a consultant to the Company until December 31, 2026.
