Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On March 23, 2021, CuriosityStream Inc. (the “Company”) announced its financial results for the fourth quarter of 2020, and for the full fiscal year ended December 31, 2020 in a Press Release dated March 23, 2021. The Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. The Company also held a Q&A Conference call to discuss these results at 5:00pm Eastern Time on March 23, 2021.
