Other Events.

On October 8, 2024, Delek Logistics Partners, LP (the “Partnership”) issued a press release in accordance with Rule 134 under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, announcing that the Partnership has priced its underwritten public offering of 3,846,153 common units representing limited partner interests in the Partnership at $39.00 per unit. The offering is being made pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
