SUBMISSION OF MATTERS TO A VOTE OF SECURITY HOLDERS.

Edgewise Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) on June 23, 2022. The matters voted upon at the Annual Meeting and the voting results for each proposal are set forth below.

Proposal 1: Election of two Class I Directors
