Item 8.01. Other Events.

On October 6, 2025, enCore Energy Corp. (the “Company”) appointed Janet Lee-Sheriff as Senior Vice President - Strategic Initiatives of the Company. In connection with her appointment, she will receive $150,000 annual compensation with an annual bonus opportunity and sign-on bonus of restricted stock units and stock options. Ms. Lee-Sheriff is the spouse of the Executive Chairman of the Company.
