On February 27, 2026, the Company released an RNS Announcement regarding the filing of the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and its submission to the United Kingdom National Storage Mechanism of the Company’s 2025 United Kingdom Annual Report in connection with its reporting obligations under the Listing Rules of the FCA.
