Other Events

On September 28, 2023, Global Indemnity Group, LLC announced that the Board of Directors approved on September 28, 2023 a distribution payment of $0.25 per common share with a payment date of October 16, 2023 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 9, 2023. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
