(the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a late-breaking oral presentation of the Company’s Phase 1 expansion results of IDE397 at the 36th edition of the EORTC-NCI-AACR Symposium on Molecular Targets and Cancer Therapeutics taking place on October 23 to 25, 2024, in Barcelona, Spain. The press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
