Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 6, 2024, IQVIA Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Kevin C. Knightly, President, Corporate Strategy and Enterprise Networks, will transition from his current role effective May 15, 2024, and will become a senior advisor to the Chief Executive Officer (the “CEO”). In Mr. Knightly’s role as Senior Advisor to the CEO, he will receive compensation commensurate with this new role.
