Other Events.

On August 1, 2024, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company’s board of directors declared a cash dividend of $1.45 per share on the Company’s common stock. Such dividend shall be payable on September 3, 2024 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 15, 2024. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
