Other Events.

On September 28, 2026, Kodiak Sciences Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the primary endpoints were met for both Zenkuda (tarcocimab tedromer) and tabirafusp-ted (KSI-501) in the Company’s Phase 3 DAYBREAK study in patients with wet age-related macular degeneration.

A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
