Other Events.

On October 2, 2023, MarketAxess Holdings Inc. issued a press release announcing the completion of its previously announced acquisition of all of the outstanding ownership interests of Pragma Financial Systems LLC, a New York limited liability company, and Pragma LLC, a New York limited liability company. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
