Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

On June 6, 2025, Nova LifeStyle, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), held its 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”). A quorum was present at the meeting as required by the Amended and Restated Bylaws, as amended, of the Company. The final voting results of the matters submitted to a shareholder vote at the meeting are as follows:
