Other Events.

On April 22, 2021, the Board of Directors of Oconee Federal Financial Corp. (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share of the Company’s common stock. The dividend will be payable to stockholders of record as of May 6, 2021, and will be paid on or about May 20, 2021.
