On March 7, 2024, Phathom Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2023. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
