On August 11, 2022, PolarityTE, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release titled “PolarityTE Reports Second Quarter 2022 Financial Results and Provides Business Update,” reporting unaudited condensed consolidated balance sheet information as of June 30, 2022, and December 31, 2021, and unaudited condensed consolidated results of operations and cash flows information for the three-month and six-month periods ended June 30, 2022 and 2021.
