Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers

On March 22, 2021, Staffan Lindstrand notified the board of directors (the “Board”) of Pulmonx Corporation (the “Company”) of his decision not to stand for reelection as a director of the Company at the Company’s 2021 annual meeting of stockholders in May 2021. Mr. Lindstrand’s decision not to stand for reelection was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
