Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.

On October 22, 2024, SKYX Platforms Corp. (the “Company”) received a notice from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) notifying the Company that Nasdaq staff have determined that the Company is in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) and have indicated that the matter is now closed. Nasdaq’s determination is based on the closing bid price of the Company’s common stock being at $1.00 per share or greater for 11 consecutive business days, from October 7, 2024 to October 21, 2024.
