RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.

On March 24, 2021, Trean Insurance Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2020. The full text of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
