On March 18, 2021, Utz Brands, Inc. (the “Company”) announced via press release the Company’s financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended January 3, 2021. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is hereby incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.
