Other Events

On September 16, 2026, Wolfspeed, Inc. (the “Company”) disclosed certain unaudited pro forma consolidated financial information and explanatory notes (the “Pro Forma Financial Information”) for the Company and its consolidated subsidiaries. The Pro Forma Financial Information is provided for informational purposes only and gives effect to (i) the Company’s prepackaged plan of reorganization (the “Plan”), which became effective on September 29, 2025 (the “Plan Effective Date”), as described in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended June 28, 2026, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 20, 2026, (ii) the Company’s adoption of fresh start accounting on the Plan Effective Date in accordance with Accounting Standards Codification 852, “Reorganizations,” and (iii) receipt of Regulatory Approvals (as defined in the Plan), which occurred on January 29, 2026.
