Explanatory Note

On February 1, 2023, Applied UV, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Initial Filing”) to report among other thinks the closing of two acquisitions. This Form 8-K/A amends the cover page of the Initial Filing to correct the date of the earliest event reported from January 25, 2023 to January 26, 2023.
