Any return on the securities will be limited to the sum of your contingent coupon payments, if any. You will not participate in any appreciation of any Underlier, but you will have full downside exposure to the lowest performing Underlier on the final calculation day if the ending value of that Underlier is less than its downside threshold value.
The current estimated value of the securities is approximately $943.00 per security. While the estimated value of the securities at pricing may differ from the estimated value set forth above, the issuer does not expect it to differ significantly absent a material change in market conditions or other relevant factors. In no event will the estimated value of the securities on the pricing date be less than $910.00 per security. See “Estimated Value of the Securities” in the accompanying preliminary pricing supplement for more information.
