Dynatronics Corporation (the "Company") is unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2025 within the prescribed time period. The delay, which could not be eliminated without unreasonable effort or expense, is due to the additional time required to complete an impairment analysis that is necessary to finalize the financial statements and related disclosures included in the Form 10-K. The Company is working diligently to complete this analysis and expects to file the Form 10-K within the extension period allowed under Rule 12b-25.
