Sidus Space, Inc. (“Sidus”) was unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2025 (the “2025 Form 10-K”) with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) within the prescribed time period. Sidus plans to file the 2025 Form 10-K as soon as practicable.

Cost of revenue increased 48% for the twelve months ended December 31, 2025 to approximately $9.1 million as compared to approximately $6.1 million for the twelve months ended December 31, 2024 and included approximately $1.7 million related party cost of sales as of December 31, 2025 and approximately $713,000 as of December 31, 2024. Selling, general, and administrative expenses increased 57% for the twelve months ended December 31, 2025 to approximately $22.3 million as compared to approximately $14.2 million for the twelve months ended December 31, 2024
