SOBR Safe, Inc. (the “Registrant”) is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2025 (the “Annual Report”) by the prescribed filing date of March 31, 2026 because the Registrant requires additional time to finalize the Annual Report. The Registrant anticipates that it will file the Annual Report as soon as possible, but no later than the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed filing date.
