Estrella Immunopharma, Inc. (the “Registrant”) is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2026 (the “Form 10-Q”) within the prescribed time period due to an administrative delay in completing the filing process. The Registrant expects to file the Form 10-Q on or before the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
