Slam Corp. (the “Company”) has determined that it is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2024 (the “Q1 2024 Form 10-Q”) by the prescribed due date because additional time is required to finalize the Company’s financial statements and related disclosures required to be included in the Q1 2024 Form 10-Q.

The Company is working diligently to complete the Q1 2024 Form 10-Q as soon as possible, and the Company expects to file such report within the five-day extension period provided under Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
