SVF Investment Corp. 2 was unable to complete the preparation of its financial statements with sufficient time for inclusion in, and to allow filing of, the Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q by May 16, 2022.

The Company intends to file the Quarterly Report with the SEC as soon as practicable and currently expects to do so within the fifteen-day extension period afforded by Rule 12b-25 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
