Hongli Group Inc. (the “Company”) was unable to file its Annual Report on Form 20-F on a timely basis without incurring undue hardship and expense, due to a delay by the Company in finalizing its financial statements and other disclosures in the Annual Report on Form 20-F. The Company anticipates that it will file the Form 20-F no later than the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
