Secoo Holding Limited (the “Company”) was unable to file its annual report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2023 (the “2023 Form 20-F”) by the prescribed due date without undue effort or expense to the Company. Specifically, the preparation of the Company’s annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2022 (the “2022 Form 20-F”) has been prolonged, and the Company is not in a position to prepare and finalize the 2023 Form 20-F before the 2022 Form 20-F is filed.
