The Registrant will not be able to file, without unreasonable effort or expense, its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2025 (the “Form 20-F”) on or prior to the prescribed due date because the Registrant requires additional time to review its financial statements to finalize the Form 20-F. The Registrant expects to file its Annual Report on Form 20-F on or before the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
