Use of proceeds		We will not receive any of the proceeds from the resale by the selling stockholder of the shares of Common Stock issuable pursuant to the Tumim Purchase Agreement (as defined herein). We may receive up to $20.0 million in aggregate gross proceeds from sales of our Common Stock that we may elect to make to Tumim pursuant to the Tumim Purchase Agreement from time to time in our sole discretion, from and after the initial satisfaction of all of the conditions set forth in the Tumim Purchase Agreement. See section entitled “Use of Proceeds”.

Dividends		We do not anticipate paying dividends on our Common Stock for the foreseeable future.
