EXPLANATORY NOTE

This registration statement on Form S-8 (this “Registration Statement”) is filed by Scage Future (the “Company”) to register 15,000,000 ordinary shares , par value $0.0001 per share, each represented by one American depositary share, that may be issued pursuant to the Company’s 2026 Equity Incentive Plan.
