Item 1(a).	NAME OF ISSUER.

	The name of the issuer is Bull Horn Holdings Corp. (the “Company”).

Item 1(b).	ADDRESS OF ISSUER’S PRINCIPAL EXECUTIVE OFFICES:

	The Company’s principal executive offices are located at 801 S. Pointe Drive, Suite TH-1, Miami Beach, Florida 33139.

Item 2(a).

NAME OF PERSON FILING:

This statement is filed by:

(i)

Kepos Capital LP (the “Investment Manager”), a Delaware limited partnership, and the investment adviser to certain funds and accounts (the “Kepos Funds”), with respect to the Ordinary Shares (as defined in Item 2(d) below) directly held by the Kepos Funds; and

(ii)

Mr. Mark Carhart (the “Mr. Carhart”), the managing member of Kepos Capital GP LLC, the general partner of the Investment Manager, with respect to the Ordinary Shares directly held by the Kepos Funds.

	The foregoing persons are hereinafter sometimes collectively referred to as the “Reporting Persons.”

	The filing of this statement should not be construed as an admission that any of the forgoing persons or any Reporting Person is, for the purposes of Section 13 of the Act, the beneficial owner of the Ordinary Shares reported herein.

The percentages set forth herein are calculated based upon 9,375,000 Ordinary Shares outstanding as of December 10, 2020, which is the difference obtained by subtracting (i) the 281,250 Ordinary Shares returned to the Company by Bull Horn Holdings Sponsor LLC as reported in the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 15, 2020 from (ii) the 9,656,250 Ordinary Shares outstanding as of December 9, 2020 as reported in the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended September 30, 2020, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 10, 2020.

Kepos Alpha Master Fund LP, a Kepos Fund, has the right to receive or the power to direct the receipt of dividends or the proceeds from the sale of more than 5% of the Ordinary Shares.
