Euclidean is the manager of each of Greenland A LLC, Greenland FP LLC, Greenland NFP B Ltd., and Greenland NFP LLC. Mrs. Simons and Mr. Simons are owners and managers of Euclidean, and Ashvin Chhabra is President, CIO and Manager of Euclidean.
