As of December 31, 2020, Silvercrest Asset Management Group LLC (“SAMG LLC”) beneficially owned 992,868 shares of Common Stock, which is 5.9% of the Issuer’s outstanding Common Stock. The percentage herein is calculated based upon the aggregate total of the 16,883,565 shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding as of December 4, 2020, as reported in the Issuer’s Form 10-Q filed with the SEC on December 10, 2020.
