Ownership.

(a)	Amount beneficially owned:

As of March 29, 2022, Hutch Master Fund Ltd. beneficially owned 776,670 Shares.

Hutch Capital Management LLC, as the investment manager of Hutch Master Fund Ltd., may be deemed to beneficially own the 776,670 Shares beneficially owned by Hutch Master Fund Ltd..

Paul Saunders, Jr., as the Managing Member of Hutch Capital Management LLC, may be deemed to beneficially own the 776,670 Shares beneficially owned by Hutch Capital Management LLC.

The following percentage is based on 13,139,391 Shares outstanding as of March 4, 2022, as disclosed in the Issuer’s Annual Report on Form 10-K filed on March 11, 2022.

As of March 29, 2022, the Reporting Persons may be deemed to have beneficially owned approximately 5.9% of the outstanding Shares.
