Item 1(a).	NAME OF ISSUER:

	The name of the issuer is Clover Leaf Capital Corp. (the "Issuer").

Item 1(b).	ADDRESS OF ISSUER'S PRINCIPAL EXECUTIVE OFFICES:

	The Issuer's principal executive offices are located at c/o Yntegra Capital Investments, LLC, 1450 Brickell Avenue, Suite 2520 Miami, FL 33131.

Item 2(a).

NAME OF PERSON FILING:

(i) Owl Creek Asset Management, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership and the investment manager of a certain fund and a sub-advisor to a certain sub-account (the "Owl Creek Fund and Account"), with respect to the shares of Class A Common Stock owned by the Owl Creek Fund and Account; and

(ii) Jeffrey A. Altman ("Mr. Altman"), as managing member of the general partner of Owl Creek Asset Management, L.P., with respect to the shares of Class A Common Stock owned by the Owl Creek Fund and Account.

The foregoing persons are hereinafter sometimes collectively referred to as the "Reporting Persons."

The filing of this statement should not be construed as an admission that any of the foregoing persons or any Reporting Person is, for the purposes of Section 13 of the Act, the beneficial owner of the shares of Class A Common Stock reported herein.

The percentages set forth herein are calculated based upon 2,441,063 shares of Class A Common Stock outstanding which was calculated based upon (i) 14,645,135 shares of Class A Common Stock outstanding as of November 14, 2022, as reported in the Issuer’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2022 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 14, 2022 and (ii) the redemption of 12,204,072 shares of Class A Common Stock by the Issuer’s shareholders, as reported in the Issuer’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 24, 2022.

Owl Creek Credit Opportunities Master Fund, Ltd., an Owl Creek Fund, has the right to receive or the power to direct the receipt of dividends or the proceeds from the sale of more than 5% of the shares of Class A Common Stock.
