Item 4.	Ownership:

Item 4(a).	Amount Beneficially Owned: As of the date hereof, Nantahala may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of 2,500,000 Shares held by funds and separately managed accounts under its control, and as the managing members of Nantahala, each of Messrs. Harkey and Mack may be deemed to be a beneficial owner of those Shares.

Percent of Class: As of the date hereof, each of the Reporting Persons may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of 9.9% of the total number of Shares outstanding, based upon 25,200,481 Shares outstanding (as disclosed by the Issuer on Form 424B4 filed March 24, 2021 assuming the exercise in full of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares in the public offering that closed on March 26, 2021, which exercise was announced by the Issuer on April 7, 2021).
