Sibanye Battery Metals Proprietary Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sibanye Stillwater Limited. Accordingly, Sibanye Stillwater Limited may be deemed to indirectly beneficially own 145,862,742 ordinary shares of the Issuer held by Sibanye Battery Metals Proprietary Limited.
