	As of December 31, 2021, the Reporting Person indirectly beneficially owned 3,662,721 shares 6.47% of the Issuers (Class A) Common Stock. Such shares of the Issuers (Class A) Common Stock were directly beneficially owned by the Accounts.

	As of December 31, 2021, the Reporting Persons Conestoga Capital Advisors indirectly beneficially owned 3,662,721 shares of the 56,645,864 of the Issuers Common Stock indirectly beneficially owned by Conestoga Capital Advisors. Such shares of the Issuers Common Stock were directly beneficially owned by the Accounts.
